Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination, reporting, and communication across departments. The role requires strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to keep multiple activities aligned and on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal teams (sales, projects, accounts, and management)
• Track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups across ongoing activities
• Prepare MIS reports, summaries, and performance dashboards
• Analyze data and highlight delays, gaps, or inefficiencies
• Maintain and organize documentation, reports, and records
• Support management with reports, presentations, and updates
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as vendors, consultants, and clients
• Ensure smooth information flow and timely communication across departments
• Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization

Required Candidate Profile

• Qualification:
• B.E / B.Tech (Civil preferred) or MBA (Operations / Management)
