Coordinator Standard I- Desktop Engineer

nd User Support

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
• Support users through onsite and remote troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

Desktop Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11).
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and antivirus updates.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other endpoint devices.
• Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance activities.

Active Directory & User Management

• Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory.
• Manage user permissions, group memberships, and password policies.
• Support host configuration and access control requirements.
• Assist in maintaining Windows Server environments.
