Cooperate Security Engineer

Job Purpose

Drive user access governance and identity lifecycle operations across enterprise applications. This role focuses on executing User Access Reviews (UARs), managing access governance workflows, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and supporting compliance requirements while ensuring the principle of least privilege across the organization.

Who You Are

• Strong hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Experience managing User Access Reviews (UARs) and access certification campaigns
• Strong understanding of access governance, entitlement management, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and least-privilege access
• Experience with Okta or similar Identity Providers (IdP)
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Conductor One, or similar IGA platforms
• Strong understanding of SSO and SCIM provisioning
• Experience managing access requests, approvals, application assignments, group memberships, and identity lifecycle processes
• Strong understanding of audit evidence collection, access control reviews, and security governance documentation
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Freshservice, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong documentation and audit-readiness mindset
• Comfortable working with global teams and managing multiple priorities
