Savista Retreat is looking for a passionate Cook to join the kitchen team and bring the Savista food experience to life. The kitchen follows a farm-to-fork approach to create fresh, vegetarian, home-style meals inspired by India's culinary traditions.
Responsibilities- Preparing fresh vegetarian meals using seasonal ingredients and farm-fresh produce
- Following traditional slow-cooking practices
- Maintaining consistency and cleanliness in the kitchen
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Indian vegetarian cooking
- Experience preparing North Indian cuisine
- An understanding of spices and flavor balance
- A clean, organized, and responsible approach to kitchen work
