Cook

Role & responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and Produce and Present food that meet the company's standard with emphasis on presentation, hygiene and economy.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and the kitchen area.
• Observe all safety rules and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, neat work environment and follow all safety rules and procedures as per SOP laid by Client and TajSATS. Observe and enforce safe working practices with all subordinate staff. Adhere to proper food hygiene and storage practices.
• Ensure Work delivery as per duty roaster and as instructed by Senior Management.
• Take proper handover at start of the shift and give proper handover at closing of shift to the concerned person.
• Assist Executive Chef/ CDP in indenting for provisions
• In addition, to the above mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignment given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate superior or the management.
• Always well-groomed and pleasant.
• Prompt and efficient delivery.
• Consistent use clean and quality equipment for preparing of food.
• Complying with all HSE requirements and ensuring minimum 85% score in audit.
