  • Help organise calls between Analysts & Banking
  • Help identify opportunities, set up CRM Schedules and draft client invite for Analyst marketing campaigns (NB: leverage on proximity with our CRM Support colleagues in Crisil)
  • Coordinate with global analysts to set up large-scale CRM schedules and client invites including 20-40 analyst teams at a time.
  • Email Analyst Marketing invites to analysts CRM target lists, on behalf of analysts.
  • Compile summary data on key marketing initiatives (e.g. recent initiations or CEO Conference feedback) to track client engagement and sales contribution
  • Record cross-sector sharing of unpublished research. Update Excel doc and share data with global research management weekly.
  • Organise Sales Briefings for global franchise research publications
  • Leverage European Research best-practice to roll-out proactive marketing campaigns in APAC and AMRS.
  • Coordinate with regional analysts and sales captains to identify key marketing opportunities.
  • Compile summary data on key marketing initiatives to track client engagement and sales contribution.
