Position: Controlling and Accounting in Account and Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Controlling & Accounting Executive to join our Accounts & Finance

team.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliation, and supporting financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

• Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com).
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities :

Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Manage tender-related documentation and accounting activities.
• Prepare segment-wise financial reports and MIS.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Support budgeting, cost controlling, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.
• SAP business one preferred

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in Tender Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS office.
• Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or other accounting software is preferred.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
