BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (bullet points): Chartered Accountant with 1 year of experience PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (bullet points): Accountancy qualification preferably a Chartered Accountant Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures Manage core accounting billing cash and receivables processes Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules An end-to-end service allowing for IFRS and U. S. GAAP compliance in the financial reporting of leases, overseeing all aspects of the lease agreement process, from coordinating the creation of a new lease to managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing the administration, tracking, and auditing of lease documents, and monitoring the business and financial transactions for lease properties.
