Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Control Tower Executive to manage logistics operations, monitor vehicle movements, coordinate with drivers and transporters, track deliveries, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring trips through a logistics tracking platform, maintaining operational records, and supporting smooth day-to-day transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live vehicle movements and trips through the logistics tracking platform.
• Coordinate with drivers and transporters regarding vehicle location and trip status.
• Follow up on delayed, stopped, or route-deviated vehicles.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery updates.
• Follow up with drivers and transporters for POD (Proof of Delivery).
• Maintain daily trip records, vehicle details, and operational trackers.
• Update MIS reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve tracking and delivery-related issues.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of logistics operations.
• Work in rotational shifts to ensure continuous operational coverage.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Transport, Fleet Management, Dispatch, or Control Tower Operations.
• Experience in vehicle tracking and fleet monitoring will be an advantage.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate with drivers and transporters over phone calls.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills.
• Comfortable working from the Noida office.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
