Control Tower Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Publish the daily operations scorecard on time, every day: service levels, delivery exceptions, stock alerts, pending actions from system reports and site inputs (largely automated; this role verifies, annotates and publishes).
• Track every exception to closure: identify the owner, the deadline, and chase until resolved; escalate per defined rules when deadlines slip never let an exception age silently.
• Measure process compliance: handover documentation, SLA adherence, data hygiene across sites; flag repeat offenders with evidence.
• Maintain data accuracy: reconcile scorecard numbers against source systems; a number challenged twice is a process to fix.
• Prepare the weekly operations review pack and keep the action log from those reviews current.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years in operations MIS, supply-chain coordination, or control-tower/command-centre roles; strong Excel; comfort with ERP reports and daily deadlines.
• Temperament: relentless follow-through, comfortable chasing people senior to them with facts, allergic to unclosed loops.
