Pulse Electronics is an industrial automation company in Nigdi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, building custom machine control panels. We are a small, growing team.

About the Role

You will assemble and wire electrical control panels in our workshop, working under our Senior Engineers and building neat, good-quality panels from their circuit diagrams. ITI freshers are welcome; we train less experienced candidates on the job.

Responsibilities

- Drill, cut, and mount DIN rails, PVC ducts, MCBs, contactors, and controllers in enclosures.

- Wire circuits neatly with multi-core wire as per the drawing.

- Strip, crimp, and lug wires for safe, secure connections.

- Fit correct ferrules (wire numbers) and component tags.

- Help mount panels and connect field cables (sensors, motors, switches) at client sites.

- Assist the senior engineer in continuity, power-on, and quality testing.

Requirements

- ITI (Electrician/Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical, or equivalent shop-floor experience; 0-3 years.

- Can read basic schematics, wire numbers, and terminal diagrams (freshers can learn with us).

- Knows switchgear, relays, contactors, timers, MCBs, SMPS.

- Can use wire strippers, crimping tools, drilling machine, multimeter.

- Physically fit: this is a fully manual workshop job.

Important: This is NOT a desk job or a software job.

Salary & Work Details

- Salary: Rs 15,000-22,000/month (1.8-2.64 Lacs/yr), based on experience, skill, and training needed.

- PF and ESI will apply from April 2027, as we move to a private limited company.

- Timings: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM; Thursday weekly off (moving to Sunday soon).

- Site visits (field wiring): about 2 times a week to nearby client sites by company or personal two-wheeler; all expenses reimbursed.

- Outstation travel: occasional, at most 2-3 times a quarter, short trips, with travel allowances.
