Control And Instrumentation Engineer

a) Control room instruments such as actuator valves, control valves, sov, flow meters, Pressure switch & transmitter, Level switch & transmitter, temperature transmitter, conductivity, density meter, load cells, proximity sensor, PLC software and hardware.

b) Technically parameters and it uses.

c) The regular, preventive and break down maintenance, trouble shooting, calibration, repair activity, design of field and control panel instrument and installation & commissioning of pneumatic, hydraulic, microprocessor based & computerized control system.

d) Process improvement through application of latest trend in technology.

e)Planning of spare parts for smooth running of thermal power plant, preparation of specifications for Instruments, selection, inspection of material & their approval knowing about various safety protection device like pull cord and belt sway, rapture, overlong switch

f) knowledge about measuring equipment and its operating function & its application

g) Working Knowledge of Computers : i) MS Office (Excel / Word / Power Point etc.) ii) Emai iii) SAP & MIS, MAX DNA.
