Control And Instrumentation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design PCC / MCC panels, HTLT transformer systems, and power distribution for treatment plants
• Develop control philosophy, instrumentation P&IDs, I/O lists, loop diagrams and cable schedules
• Select and size field instruments: level, flow, pressure, pH, turbidity/TSS analyzers, and control valves
• Engineer PLC-SCADA architecture for smart, real-time plant monitoring and control
• Prepare electrical load calculations, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and technical specifications
• Support vendor evaluation for electrical & automation packages

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation
• 3-5+ years in C&I / electrical design, preferably for water treatment or process plants
• Sound knowledge of PLC-SCADA, instrumentation, and standards (IEC, IS, IEEE)
• Ability to translate process requirements into robust automation design
