Position: Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Planning, Billing, Site Execution, MEP, and Safety teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Oversee construction activities, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure effective implementation of safety and quality management systems.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as required.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management and execution.

Critical Skills Desired:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in leading Planning, Billing, Site Execution, MEP, and Safety teams.
• Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.
• Client and stakeholder management.
