Contractual- Civil Engineer- Quality Control For Andhra Pradesh

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure Implementation of QAQC plan, approved SOPs and work is as per drawing.
• Witnessing all material and concrete testing supplied by contractor and its vetting.
• Review and vetting of all inspection protocol approved by execution team.
• Witnessing all test in Lab. & field.
• Detail visual health inspection and signing of protocol.
• Review of inspection protocol of material supplied by contractor.
• Review quality of work on day-to-day basis.
• Review of batching plant operation and its documentation.
• Random checking of approved/certified pour card before concrete clearance and after concrete documents.
• Review of field strata encountered during field excavations duly certified by execution team and certified joints record.
• Highlighting drawing deviations.
• Verify contractor invoices (running & final) including joint measurements, material reconciliation, equipment logs, and manpower records before forwarding to finance.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification BE, B TECH MECH

Experience 8+ YEARS

Critical Skills Desired site civil work quality and contractors billing verification as per Drawing ,QAP and ITP.
