Contracts Manager

Experienced Contracts Manager with 15-20 years of expertise in managing pre- and post-contract activities for large-scale city-side development projects. Proven experience in hotel, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments, including contract administration, procurement, tendering, vendor management, commercial negotiations, claims management, and dispute resolution. Responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, cost control, risk mitigation, and timely project delivery while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard contract forms, with the ability to drive commercial outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
