Contracts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contracts from tendering to close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
• Resolve disputes through arbitration or other means when necessary, maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
• Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EOT (Engineering, Operations, Testing) processes, and claims management procedures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
