Contracts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing agreements with clients to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by monitoring progress against contract milestones.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contractual tendering processes and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation skills for complex commercial transactions.
• Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions on contract strategy.
