Contracts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contracts from tendering to close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Review and negotiate contracts to ensure they meet business objectives, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including managing claims, disputes, and arbitrations as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective contract strategies that align with project goals.

Job Requirements :

• 3-15 years of experience in Contracts Management in the Engineering & Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts (EPC) and ability to administer complex contractual agreements.
• Excellent contract review skills, able to identify key issues quickly and effectively manage them through resolution.
