About this role
- Review and analyze tender documentation from PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings) to ensure compliance and identify contractual risks.
- Draft and negotiate various agreements, including MoUs, NDAs, JV agreements, subcontract agreements, etc.
- Lead contract negotiation and finalization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee contract approval, signing, and implementation workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (legal, finance, project management, external parties).
- Prepare official letters, notices, and communications related to contract performance, changes, or compliance.
- Proactively manage claims, contract deviations, or disputes, including documentation and followup.
- Guide and support the project team on contractual obligations, milestones, risks, claims, and variations.
- Maintain contract correspondence records, manage document repository and ensure version control.
