• Plumbing & Sanitary
• Electrical Works
• HVAC
• Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm
• ELV / Low Voltage Systems
• Lifts / Vertical Transportation
• External Development & Infrastructure
• Landscaping
• Other specialised MEP and finishing packages

7. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Contracts & Procurement within the real-estate/construction industry.
• Proven experience handling multiple residential and commercial projects.
• Experience in 30+ floor high-rise residential projects is mandatory/preferred.
• Experience in large commercial developments will be highly valued.
• Strong hands-on experience in tendering, BOQ/rate analysis, negotiations, contract finalisation, work orders, variations, claims, and contract administration.
