Job Title: Contracts & Legal Manager (US & India Operations)
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office), Gachibowli
Shift Timings: 2 PM -11 PM or 3 PM - 12 PM.
Experience: 7-10 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Contracts & Legal Manager to manage client, vendor, employee and partner contracts for both our U.S. and India operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the IT Staffing or IT Services industry with strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, compliance and contract lifecycle management. This role will work closely with Sales, Recruiting, HR, Finance and Delivery teams to ensure contracts are legally compliant and business risks are minimized.
Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, employment agreements and subcontractor agreements.
- Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with U.S. staffing regulations and Indian labour and corporate laws
- Identify legal and commercial risks in contracts and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain contract records and manage the complete contract lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel on contract-related matters
- Support audits, compliance activities and corporate legal documentation
Required Skills:
-
- 7-10 years of Contract Management experience
- Experience in U.S. IT Staffing, IT Services or Consulting companies
- Strong knowledge of U.S. client contracts and Indian employment/corporate laws
- Experience with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Staffing agreements and Vendor contracts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, DocuSign or Contract Management tools
Preferred Qualifications:

- LLB (Mandatory); LLM or Contract Management certification is a plus
- Prior experience supporting U.S Staffing or Federal/Government contracting is preferred
