About this role
- Calling for quotations / proposals / tenders from contractors / consultants / vendors.
- Analyzing tenders / quotations, finalizing & negotiating contracts and appointing contractors / vendors.
- Preparing tender documents, work orders, purchase orders, service contracts, LOIs etc.
- Projects procurement of civil & other non-IT and IT items
- Coordinating with architects, consultants and site engineering team for monitoring progress.
