having overseas collaborations.
Job Description/Responsibilities
Complete management of projects at various stages from indent
generation upto project closure and final closure including below
mentioned broad activities
Preparation and updating of Project activity Schedule and execution bar
chart
Preparation of Quality assurance plan
Preparation of Billing schedule
Communication with vendors and customers as necessary
Follow up with vendors & factory for control of manufacturing and
inspection of items
Interdepartmental coordination with Engineering, Purchase, QA and
Accounts Depts..
Control of invoicing and collection activity for the orders/jobs
Maintain and submit MIS information as per company's guidelines
Desired Profile of the Candidate
B. Tech / Diploma in Mech. Engg.
(knowledge of working with Air Pollution Control Systems will be an added
benefit)
