Contracts Engineer

• Manage contract administration and contractual correspondences for infrastructure projects.
• Interpret and administer contract conditions, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and submit contractual notices, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, Change of Scope (COS)/Variation proposals, and other contractual submissions.
• Ensure timely notification of delays, variations, and other contractual events as per contract provisions.
• Maintain Hindrance Register, Correspondence Register, Notice Register, and other contractual records.
• Coordinate with the Head Office Contracts team on key contractual and commercial matters.
• Draft clear and professional contractual letters and communications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams for resolution of contractual issues.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of EPC/HAM contract conditions, claims, variations, EOTs, and contract documentation.
• Excellent letter drafting and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts or similar infrastructure contract frameworks.
