Contracts Engineer

Job Description:

Contract Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions with customers, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders

Preparation of contracts: Draft and prepare contracts including terms, specifications, scope of work and other relevant documents.

Contract Review and Analysis: Contract engineers review upcoming contracts to identify potential risks, liabilities and discrepancies.

Contract Management: monitor the execution of contracts. Management throughout its life cycle.

Documentation and Record: maintain accurate records of all contract documents, correspondence and communications. This documentation is essential to track project progress, resolve disputes, and ensure that contractual obligations are met.

Conflict resolution: Facilitate negotiations to resolve conflicts and achieve mutual understanding acceptable solutions.
