About this role
- Administer construction/EPC contracts, subcontract agreements, and work orders.
- Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and compliance.
- Prepare and manage contractual notices, variations, claims, and EOT submissions.
- Identify contractual risks and support mitigation measures.
- Review and evaluate variation orders, additional works, and commercial claims.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, QS, Procurement, Finance, and Site teams on contractual matters.
- Manage subcontractor contracts, claims, variations, and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain contract registers, claims logs, correspondence, and commercial records.
- Support client/consultant negotiations and resolution of contractual issues.
- Assist in final account settlement and project contract closeout.
