Contracts Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify project requirements and develop contractual strategies.
• Conduct thorough research on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to inform contract drafting decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the contracting process.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract drafting principles, including negotiation techniques and dispute resolution methods.
• Proficiency in creating clear, concise language that accurately reflects complex technical information.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
