About this role
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle, from contract review and award through execution and closure.
- Review and interpret contracts, work orders, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and review contractual documents, amendments, variation orders, and change orders.
- Monitor contractor/subcontractor compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, quality and deliverables.
- Handle claims, counterclaims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and rate revisions.
- Identify contractual risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures.
- Prepare contractual correspondence, notices, and responses to clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, planning, engineering and legal teams on contract-related matters.
- Verify RA bills, measurement sheets, invoices, deductions, penalties and payment terms.
- Track project progress against contractual milestones and commercial commitments.
- Support resolution of contractual disputes and maintain proper documentation for claims and negotiations.
- Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
- Maintain contract registers, claim trackers, variation statements and other commercial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws and contractual procedures.
- Support project teams in achieving commercial and contractual objectives.
- Qualification : - BE / B Tech - Civil or Mechanical
