We are looking for an experienced Head Contracts & Purchase with strong expertise in Contracts Management and exposure to Purchase/Procurement for commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Contracts & Purchase teams and drive overall departmental strategy.
• Handle end-to-end contract management, including drafting, negotiation, finalization, and administration.
• Manage variations, claims, EOTs, disputes, rate revisions, and commercial settlements.
• Lead commercial negotiations with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Oversee purchase/procurement, vendor management, rate negotiations, and POs.
• Ensure timely procurement and effective cost control across projects.
• Coordinate with Projects, Legal, Finance, and Management teams.
• Prepare and review MIS reports related to contracts, procurement, claims, variations, and commercial status.
• Mentor the team and ensure timely and efficient execution of Contracts & Purchase activities.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience, with strong hands-on experience in Contracts Management.
• Experience in Real Estate / Commercial Construction Projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, claims, variations, EOT, dispute management, and contract administration.
• Exposure to Purchase/Procurement and vendor management.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
