Preparing responses to customers certification and representations requests

Reviewing customer-generated Purchase Orders and assist in obtaining appropriate internal signatures or sign off

Assisting with countersignature process and electronic filing of contracts and other legal documents

Distributing contract assignments to attorneys and Contracts Specialists in Legal Department

Reviewing and/or assisting with the preparation of customer-facing contract documents

Researching and coordinating customer name change requests

Contracts Lifecycle Management support including

• Administer contract workflows within CLM systems.
• Maintain contract repositories and metadata accuracy.
• Generate contract volume, turnaround time, and backlog reports.
• Support template, clause library, and playbook updates.
• Develop and track metrics including contract cycle times, workload allocation, and SLA compliance. ","
