Contractor Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned technology and business roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other hiring channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, dashboards, and hiring data.
• Support recruitment drives, talent engagement, employer branding, and other TA initiatives as required.
• Work toward defined recruitment targets, turnaround times, quality benchmarks, and process SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance guidelines. 

Job Requirements :

• Graduate / postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR
• will be preferred.
• Prior internship or experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sourcing, screening, follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High ownership, execution focus, learning agility, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and professional communication.
• Comfortable working against measurable recruitment targets and timelines.
