Contract To Hire- HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Hire-to-Retire process areas: Recruitment Admin, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Data Management, Time & Attendance, Compensation Administration, Query Management and Case Management.
• Execute HR transactions accurately and within SLA requirements.
• Manage tickets and cases using case or query management tool.
• Document workflows, audit interactions, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regional labor regulations.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and lifecycle administration. Should have worked in at least one process area - Recruitment Admin, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Data Management, Time & Attendance, Compensation Administration, Query Management and Case Management.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and case management systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Microsoft Orchestrator).
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication within global-team settings.
• Problem-solving orientation and proactive engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business with at least 3 years of experience in related field
• At least 3 years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Managed Services environment.
• MENA client experience preferred
• Exposure to SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 tools preferred
