The Role: We need a Product Marketing Manager to build out our content strategy and drive visibility ahead of fundraising and launch. This is a fixed-scope, part-time contract engagement — not a full-time role at this stage.
What You’ll Deliver: Week 1 - 3 • Establish content calendar and brand voice/messaging guidelines for LinkedIn and X • Produce founder story, mission/purpose, and general awareness content driving traffic to the vendor waitlist (vendorreach.ai) • Coordinate weekly with the Developer to stay informed on MVP progress and milestones, in order to plan upcoming content around real product developments • Draft team announcement content as team members come on board Weeks 4-8: • Coordinate weekly with the Head of Sales/GTM to incorporate real prospect feedback, objections, and language into messaging and content • Continue weekly coordination with the Developer to produce milestone- and progress-based content as the MVP develops (e.g., feature launches, demo-ready moments) • Refine content strategy based on engagement data and real market feedback gathered from Sales/GTM conversations • Support investor-facing narrative and materials as needed Ongoing (Weeks 1-8): • Weekly touchpoint with Founder/CEO to align on priorities and review progress • Weekly written progress report • Documented content process and guidelines (posting cadence, brand voice/tone reference, content approval workflow) due by end of engagement
Requirements : • Demonstrated content marketing/copywriting experience, ideally B2B SaaS or startup pre-seed environment • Strong written English • Based in India • Available to start immediately
Time Commitment & Terms: • Approximately 4-6 hours per week • 6-8 week fixed-scope engagement • Weekly touchpoint call/message required • Weekly written progress report required
Compensation Total contract fee: $1,000 USD, paid in biweekly installments over the engagement period. Final payment is contingent on delivery of the documented content process and guidelines specified in the deliverables above.
What Can Happen Next: Strong possibility of conversion to an ongoing paid role at increased compensation upon the Company’s successful close of its pre-seed funding round.
