Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor statutory compliances
• Coordinate with Architect Consultant for tender Drawings (frozen)
• Coordinate with Architect consultant for BOQ Specification
• Develop Links with CQS for quantity verification
• Compilation of all extra items which may generate before floating of tender and tracking during construction phase
• Processing of Contractor wit Contract documents its recommendation clearances
• Develop the Purchase Link Vendor assessments finalization with Management
• Amending of all the D.C.O s
• Preparation of extensive budgets
• Develop the Cost variance analysis
• Arrange and attend weekly meeting at site with Construction Team
• Review, develop implement SOP
• Implement Software Programme if any and assist in its development
• Develop logistics with Construction Teams
• Monitor/ Develop Delivery Schedules of all trade Package Contractor
• Develop report with H.O.C for Board Meeting
• Preparation of LOI / WO

• 2 Man Management 4

• 4 Ability to Handle Pressure and Load 5

• Educational: License/Diploma in civil
