Contract Logistics - Sales

Job Purpose

• Lead the Contract Logistics sales function by driving business growth, acquiring new customers, developing strategic accounts, and achieving revenue and profitability targets across warehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics services
• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow the Contract Logistics business
• Identify, acquire, and manage key enterprise customers across target industries
• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share in line with business objectives
• Lead the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure
• Collaborate with Operations, Solutions Design, and Finance teams to deliver customer-focused logistics solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business retention and growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Contract Logistics sales team
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews for management

Key Requirements

• Graduate; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 12 to 18 years of experience in Contract Logistics/3PL sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, supply chain solutions, and commercial negotiations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
