Contract Labor Supervisor (Male Candidate Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labor management, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
• Oversee plant HR operations, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure labour welfare initiatives are implemented to maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle union negotiations and industrial relations activities to minimize conflicts.
• Monitor contractor billing and ensure timely payment.

Preferred Candidate:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, MSW, PMIR, Labour Welfare, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in Contract Labour Management and Industrial Relations.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, contract labour compliance, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling large contract manpower in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Good communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and workforce management systems.

Industry Preference: Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, FMCG, Logistics, Warehouse, or Process Industry.
