Role & responsibilities

Comprehensive experience in Contacts, Estimation & Costing, Quantity Surveying, BOQ preparation, Pre-Bid Meeting, Bid Evaluation & Compilation, CSQ Preparation, Value Engineering, Vendor Development, Commercial Negotiation etc

Overseeing contract, commercial management and billing across on going project.

Responsible for commercial strategy, contract and vendor development, monitoring project billing and collection, resolving contractual and commercial matter etc
