Contract Engineer - Product Material Compliance

What You'll Be Doing

• Support customer requests related to product compliance requirements, including REACH, RoHS, SCIP, TSCA, Prop 65, PFAS, and ESG.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, upload, and maintain product compliance data using PIM / Stibo, SharePoint, and other internal systems for new and running products.
• Collaborate with Product Line experts and cross-functional stakeholders to close compliance data gaps and provide accurate, timely responses.
• Prepare and maintain SCIP dossiers, Full Material Declarations, IMDS and CDX submissions, material declarations, compliance statements, certificates, and customer questionnaires.
• Track customer requests in SharePoint workflows and contribute to compliance reporting, automation, digital process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline, with a basic understanding of product and material compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of REACH, RoHS, SCIP, TSCA, PFAS, or similar regulations; familiarity with FMD, IMDS, and CDX processes is desirable.
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to PIM / Stibo, PLM systems, or SharePoint is preferred.
• Good communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Procurement, Sourcing, Product, and ESG teams.
• A self-driven, organized, and learning-oriented mindset; basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Python, or similar automation tools is an advantage
