Contract Engineer(Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms, scopes of work, and pricing structures with stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal or financial liabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Change and Claim Management: Administer change orders, evaluate commercial variations, and help resolve disputes or claims.
• Progress Tracking: Review contractor invoices, monitor project milestones, and support cost-control or billing evaluations.
