Contract and Tender Manager

Responsibilities : -

• Search for relevant projects, tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and business opportunities.
• Regularly monitor GeM, CPPP/eProcure, State e-tender portals and other industry specific platforms.
• Manage portals registrations, digital signatures, vendor empanelment and document renewals.
• Review tender documents and assess technical, commercial and eligibility requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, legal and operations teams to prepare bids.
• Compile and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
• Manage EMDs, tender fees, bank guarantees, performance securities and related documentation.
• Review, negotiate and administer client, vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Track contractual obligations, milestones, variations, claims, renewals and closures.
• Maintain tender MIS, bid calendars, contact registers and management reports.
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants and relevant authorities to identify upcoming projects.
• Conduct competitor, market and project-Pipeline research.

Required Skill Set : -

• Strong knowledge of government e-procurement systems, tender procedures and contract documentation.
• Good commercial understanding, negotiation skill and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and online tender portals.
• MBA, postgraduate qualification in Contract Management, or certification in procurement/tender management is prepared.
