Job Summary

The department of GCC Service Operation Support is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. Main areas of responsibility are Technical Planning, Continuous Improvement Management Coordination. Continuous Improvement Management Coordination consists of implementation CIM Cases (upgrades) for Turbines.

Service GCC > GCC, Service Operations Support > GCC Global CIM

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) projects globally
• Maintaining turbine related data in SAP/Salesforce (Service and Construction area)
• Cooperating with various internal groups according to project requirements
• Creating reports, both internal and external
• Coming up with improvement ideas

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree from technical or administrative studies
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience from Wind/Manufacturing or similar industry
• Fluent English is required
