Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage warranty-related ticket creation and data processing in an internal application. The candidate will be responsible for accurately recording customer complaints, product details, field service reports, and warranty claims while ensuring timely processing and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update warranty failure reports and NCR tickets in the designated application.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer, product, and complaint information.
• Categorize, prioritize, and assign tickets according to established procedures.
• Track ticket status and ensure timely processing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify missing or incorrect information.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
• Escalate delayed, incomplete, or critical cases to the concerned teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticket volumes and processing activities.
• Support operational reporting and other data management activities.

Required Skills

• 1- 2 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, documentation, or service coordination.
• Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• Experience with ticketing tools, ERP systems, CRM applications, or warranty management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.
• Hindi and English language proficiency required; Tamil is an added advantage.
