Continental CDP: Lead the Continental section, ensure consistent taste, quality and presentation, manage mise-en-place, inventory and hygiene, and guide junior kitchen staff during service.
Candidate Profile: Experienced, hands-on Continental Chef with strong section-management skills, culinary discipline, and the ability to maintain quality in a high-volume kitchen.
Continental DCDP: Support the CDP in daily Continental operations, preparation, mise-en-place, service execution, hygiene, inventory and training of Commis staff.
