Content is central to how we build trust, drive organic traffic and grow our investor community. We are looking for a skilled, research-oriented Content Writer who can produce high-quality financial content that is informative, credible and built to rank.

### About the Role

This is a writing-first role requiring strong financial knowledge, research capabilities and an in-depth understanding of SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, original content across blogs, landing pages, company profiles and investor education resources.

The content will cater to two audiences simultaneously: search engines and AI-powered answer engines that look for relevance, authority and structured information, and investors who need accurate, insightful and easy-to-understand financial content.

We are not looking for someone who simply produces high volumes of generic finance articles. We want a writer who researches before writing, understands financial markets, interprets complex information and translates it into engaging, credible content.

### What You Will Do

*1. Blog & Long-Form Content*

- Research, plan and write SEO-optimised articles on unlisted shares, pre-IPO investments, company analysis, market trends, ESOP liquidation, SME IPOs and investor education.

- Produce structured long-form content, typically between 1,000 and 2,500 words, with clear headings, logical flow and relevant internal linking.

- Work with SEO briefs, target keywords, search intent mapping and competitor benchmarks.

- Independently research topics using company filings, DRHP documents, annual reports, market data, SEBI announcements and credible financial publications.

- Ensure all content is factually accurate, original, relevant and up to date.

- Optimise articles for on-page SEO, including keyword placement, meta titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image alt text and internal linking.

*2. SEO & AEO Optimisation*

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of traditional SEO and emerging AEO practices.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent mapping and content gap analysis.

- Structure content to improve visibility across Google Search, Google AI Overviews and AI-powered search platforms.

- Understand how conversational queries, FAQs, structured information and topical authority influence content discoverability.

- Implement content optimisation strategies to improve organic rankings, search visibility and qualified website traffic.

- Stay updated on evolving search algorithms, SEO trends and generative search practices.

*3. Company & Product Pages*

- Write and update company profile pages for unlisted stocks on the Stockify platform.

- Research and present business overviews, financial performance, recent developments, shareholding structures and relevant investment considerations.

- Draft and refresh landing pages for unlisted share price lists, sector-specific categories and investor resources.

- Ensure company and product content is accurate, current, well-researched and search-friendly.

*4. Research & Content Development*

- Independently research financial topics and identify relevant industry developments, investment trends and emerging content opportunities.

- Read and interpret financial documents, including DRHPs, annual reports, balance sheets, company announcements and financial statements.

- Convert complex financial information into accessible, meaningful and engaging content without compromising accuracy.

- Develop content ideas based on market developments, investor queries, competitor activity and search trends.

- Maintain a structured content calendar and consistently meet editorial deadlines.

*5. Social & Supporting Content*

- Repurpose long-form articles into LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp updates and short-form content.

- Support the marketing team with newsletters, investor communication and campaign-specific copy.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

*6. Quality & Compliance*

- Ensure published content adheres to applicable SEBI guidelines and regulatory requirements for investment-related communication.

- Include appropriate disclaimers and avoid unsubstantiated return claims or misleading investment recommendations.

- Maintain high editorial standards, with rigorous proofreading, fact-checking and originality checks.

- Ensure all content reflects Stockify's positioning as a credible and trustworthy financial platform.

### What We Are Looking For

- 24 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in finance, fintech, investments, capital markets or wealth management.

- A strong portfolio of published financial or investment-related articles.

- In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research, search intent, on-page optimisation and content strategy.

- Working knowledge of AEO, generative search and content optimisation for AI-powered search engines.

- Ability to independently research and interpret financial documents, including DRHPs, annual reports, balance sheets and company filings.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, IPOs, pre-IPO investments, unlisted shares and investment terminology.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Ubersuggest.

- Excellent written English, strong editorial judgement and exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership of content and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

*Added Advantage:*

- Prior experience writing specifically about unlisted shares, pre-IPO investments, PMS, AIFs or alternative investment products.

- Experience working with financial publications, stockbroking platforms, investment research firms or fintech companies.

### What We Are Not Looking For

- Writers who produce high volumes of generic, templated content without original research or genuine financial understanding.

- Candidates who rely heavily on AI-generated drafts without substantial independent research, editing and fact-checking.

- Candidates without professional writing experience in finance, investments or fintech.

- Writers who prioritise keyword stuffing over content quality, accuracy and reader experience.

### Content Originality & AI Usage

Content originality and independent research are non-negotiable at Stockify.

- A minimum of 85–90% of published content must be independently researched and human-written.

- AI-generated content must not exceed 10–15% of the final published output.

- AI tools may be used selectively for ideation, research assistance or supporting tasks, but cannot replace original writing, financial analysis or independent research.

- All content must be fact-checked, edited and refined by the writer before submission.

- Candidates should be comfortable explaining their research methodology and demonstrating their writing process.
