Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and social-first Content Writer who can simplify hearing-care topics into engaging, relatable, and easy-to-understand content. The role involves creating impactful content for social media, blogs, websites, campaigns, and patient education while maintaining a warm and modern brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Write content for blogs, website pages, emails, newsletters, advertisements, and patient education materials
- Create Instagram-focused content including captions, reels scripts, carousel copy, story ideas, hooks, and CTAs
- Simplify topics related to hearing loss, hearing aids, tinnitus, hearing tests, ear health, and audiology services into audience-friendly content
- Repurpose long-form content into reels, stories, social posts, carousels, and email snippets
- Create and edit basic social media creatives and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Express, or Instagram tools
- Research content trends, competitor strategies, keywords, and audience insights
- Write SEO-friendly content to support organic growth and lead generation
- Collaborate with audiologists, designers, and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Ensure content quality, consistency, grammar, clarity, and brand alignment
- Support monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Media, or related field
- Strong writing, storytelling, social media content creation, and basic video editing skills with knowledge of Instagram trends and SEO content writing
