Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and versatile Creative Writer – Content who can develop engaging, original, and brand-aligned content across digital and offline platforms. The role requires strong storytelling, excellent language skills, and the ability to convert ideas into impactful content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative, engaging, and original content for websites, social media, campaigns, blogs, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create compelling brand stories, campaign concepts, taglines, captions, scripts, and promotional content.
• Understand briefs and translate business objectives into clear and creative communication.
• Research industry trends, audience preferences, competitors, and relevant topics to generate fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Branding, Design, Digital Marketing, and business teams to deliver integrated content.
• Adapt content tone and style for different platforms, audiences, and campaigns.
• Review, edit, and proofread content for grammar, clarity, consistency, accuracy, and brand tone.
• Develop content calendars and support campaign-based content planning.
• Work closely with designers to ensure copy and visual communication are aligned.
• Support SEO-friendly content creation using relevant keywords and best practices.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats while maintaining consistency and relevance.
• Manage multiple content assignments within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and communication.
• Ability to write short-form and long-form content with equal effectiveness.
• Strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
• Understanding of social media, digital marketing, branding, and content marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content practices.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong research and information-gathering skills.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of brand voice and tone.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in creative writing, content writing, copywriting, branding, advertising, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience working with education, corporate, lifestyle, consumer, or digital brands will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a strong content portfolio demonstrating creative and campaign-based work will be preferred.
