As a Content Designer within our Customer Experience & Adoption team, you'll play a critical role in making complex AI and analytics solutions easy to understand, adopt, and use. You'll create clear, user-centric content that bridges the gap between sophisticated technology and business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize product content including UI copy, labels, workflows, tooltips, onboarding experiences, empty states, and error messages.
• Develop adoption-focused content such as user guides, walkthroughs, release notes, FAQs, and learning resources.
• Transform complex AI, analytics, and business concepts into simple, engaging, and actionable narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Establish and maintain content standards, terminology, voice, and tone across products and experiences.
• Conduct content testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
• Partner with Visual Designers and Motion Designers to create cohesive experiences where content and design work together.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for content creation, iteration, prompt development, and conversational experiences.
• Create case studies, customer stories, demos, and adoption materials that showcase business impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of UI writing, product content, storytelling, and simplification of complex topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create concise, user-focused content with a strong plain-language approach.
• Understanding of content strategy, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content governance skills.
• Interest in AI, analytics, enterprise technology, and digital products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UX Writing for enterprise or B2B products.
• Exposure to AI, Data Science, Analytics, SaaS, or technology-focused environments.
• Experience creating onboarding, enablement, or adoption content.
• Familiarity with content systems, terminology management, and content operations.
• Ability to learn and understand complex business domains quickly.
