Role Overview:

QualiZeal is looking for a Content Writer – Demand Generation to work closely with our Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing, and SME teams.

This role is focused on creating short, compelling and business-focused content that helps generate conversations with prospects and supports pipeline creation.

Unlike a traditional content marketing role, this position will primarily focus on outbound campaigns, prospecting communication, account-based messaging and sales enablement content.

The ideal candidate should understand how to convert complex technology and business topics into simple, relevant and personalized messages for senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors and Quality Engineering leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Generation Campaigns: Create high-quality email campaigns, follow-up sequences, LinkedIn messages, InMails and other prospecting content for outbound Demand Generation programs.
• Account-Based Messaging: Develop personalized messaging for specific accounts, industries, personas and business situations as part of ABM and strategic account campaigns.
• Industry & Persona Messaging: Create messaging for different industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, Technology, Travel, Hospitality, Media and other enterprise segments.
• Executive-Level Content: Write concise and relevant outreach for CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VPs, Directors and other senior technology and business leaders.
• Business Problem-Based Messaging: Understand the challenges faced by prospects and develop messaging around their business problems, rather than simply describing QualiZeal's services.
• Follow-up Sequences: Build structured multi-touch campaigns with strong openings, relevant problem statements, clear business value and simple CTAs.
• Sales Enablement: Create prospect-specific emails, meeting follow-ups, event outreach, capability introductions, campaign briefs, talking points and other content required by Demand Generation and Sales teams.
• Event Campaigns: Develop pre-event, during-event and post-event outreach for conferences, roundtables, webinars and executive events.
• AI & Quality Engineering Content: Work with internal SMEs to understand Quality Engineering, AI-led QE, GenAI Validation, Data Testing, Automation, Performance Engineering, Security Testing and other capabilities, and convert them into easy-to-understand prospect messaging.
• Research & Personalization: Research companies, industries, personas, technology trends and business signals to make campaigns more relevant and account-specific.
• Content Optimization: Review campaign responses and engagement with the DG team and continuously improve subject lines, messaging, CTAs and follow-up approaches.
• AI-Assisted Content Creation: Effectively use Generative AI and other AI tools for research, personalization, campaign ideation and content development while maintaining quality and accuracy.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in B2B content writing, preferably in IT services, SaaS, technology, consulting or enterprise services.
• Strong experience writing email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, sales messaging or Demand Generation content.
• Excellent command of written English with the ability to write in simple, conversational US English.
• Ability to write short and impactful content rather than long, generic marketing copy.
• Good understanding of B2B buyers and enterprise decision-makers.
• Ability to understand technical topics and translate them into business value.
• Strong research skills and ability to personalize content by company, industry, persona and business challenge.
• Comfortable working closely with Demand Generation executives, Sales teams and technical SMEs.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and quick turnaround requirements.
• Experience using Generative AI/LLMs for content and research is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Quality Engineering, Software Testing, AI, Data Engineering or Digital Transformation would be an advantage.
