Content Writer

About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.
About this role
What you'll do
- Write blogs, whitepapers, guides, social media posts, ghostwriting and case studies that speak to real buyers: banking and NBFC ops leaders, insurance CX teams, BPO leadership — not a generic “B2B SaaS audience.”
- Design whitepapers, guides and case studies, not just write them — a text file isn't a deliverable here, a laid-out PDF someone wants to open is.
- Handle on-page SEO end to end: keyword research, search intent mapping, content clusters with proper internal linking, not just stuffing a keyword into an H1.
- Write content for every funnel stage — awareness pieces for someone who doesn't know CanString exists, comparison and proof content for someone deciding between us and a competitor, and case studies that a champion can forward to their CFO.
- Work with sales on ABM content — the kind of one-pager or case study that gets used in an actual deal, not filed away.
- Turn technical product detail (voice AI, RAG, call analytics, BI dashboards) into language a banking ops director or insurance CX head actually cares about: revenue recovered, audit cost cut, compliance risk closed.
What you need to bring
- 2+ years writing B2B content, ideally for a SaaS or enterprise tech company. You've shipped blogs, whitepapers and case studies that someone other than your manager actually read.
- Real on-page SEO skill — you know the difference between ranking for a keyword and ranking for a keyword that converts, and you can map content to search intent without being told to.
- Some understanding of how B2B sales actually works.
- A real appetite for research. You'll be writing about voice AI, contact center compliance, and collections regulation. We want someone who enjoys going deep on a topic before writing a word of it — who'd rather spend an extra hour finding the real stat than settle for one that sounds close enough.
- AI tools for research, never for writing. Use Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or whatever you like to research faster — source data, check facts, get up to speed on a technical topic. The actual writing has to be yours. Every submission goes through an AI-content detector, and AI-written copy is disqualified on sight.
- Design sense for long-form assets — you can lay out a whitepaper or case study in Canva, Figma, or similar so it looks like something a prospect wants to read, not a Word doc with a logo pasted on top.
- Hardworking. This is a build-from-scratch content function at a company that's actually shipping product and closing enterprise deals. Slow and comfortable isn't the job.
Our one hard rule: no AI slop
AI tools are welcome for research and nowhere else. What we won't accept is content that reads like a chatbot wrote it — the vague “in today's fast-paced digital landscape” openers, the fake statistics, the paragraph that says nothing in three different ways. Every submission goes through an AI-content detector before it's reviewed. AI-written copy gets rejected on the spot, no exceptions.
